Crossroads Church of the Nazarene
A Life Discovery Church
Hi Gang,
I am thrilled at our class progress. There have been over 90 people involved in our class in the last four weeks. We are at the half way point with this lesson. Our class content is rugged biblical truth. I would encourage you to pray your way through this fresh look at the eternal truth of God’s Word. God is
calling us to a higher level of obedience, blessing and joy! We are in for the ride of our lives…
Lesson Summary
Regardless of the country in which we live, the skills we possess, the kind of education we have, or the kind of salary we make, Jesus has commanded each of us to make disciples and by doing so impact the world. Indeed, Jesus has invited us to join with Him in the surprisingly simple journey of spreading the gospel to all nations by spending our lives for the good of others and the glory of God. He was initiating a revolution, but His revolution would not revolve around the masses or the multitudes. Instead it would revolve around a few men. It would not revolve around garnering a certain position. He would intentionally shun titles, labels, plaudits, and popularity in His plan to turn the course of history upside down. All He wanted were a few men, who would think like Him, love like Him, see like Him, teach like Him, and serve like Him. All He needed was to revolutionize the hearts of a few, and they would impact the world. The plan for how our lives will impact the world for the glory of God is exactly the same - make disciples.
